Аргентина занимает юго-восточную часть южноамериканского континента, включая восточную часть Огненной Земли, острова Эстадос и др. Архипелаг Фолклендские (Мальвинские) острова, а также Южная Георгия и Южные Сандвичевы острова являются спорными территориями с Великобританией. Также страна претендует на часть антарктического материка.
